Humingi, Humanap, Kumatok

“Humingi kayo at kayo'y bibigyan; humanap kayo at kayo'y makakatagpo; kumatok kayo at kayo'y pagbubuksan.

RE; Magbalik by Callalily & Pagbigyan Muli by Erik Santos

This is a mema i want to tell, but only those in sales will understand.
After so much reflection, aside from BIR problems, the reason im broke is that we lost a lot of regular clients this past 3 years.

The reason, i have to admit is my laziness or i can say burn-out. I have been working continuously (even during pandemic) for the past 20 years, burn-out & laziness got the worst of me.

I feel i am enslave to my small racket that evolved into a small business. I feel isolation in my computer office room working continuously to woo clients, & take their orders.

Our good reputation of low cost, fast deliveries of high quality industrial items got us of bigger clients. Bigger clients are like those a client who is a leading Airline company, & like a big BPO company

Bigger clients means relatively bigger orders. For a small shop, a few thousand bucks of order are already big for us. At the time i got burn-out, we got some big orders that i failed to deliver because of my laziness, i did not take the efforts & action to produce the goods to deliver to the valued clients, until it is already very delayed & cancelled

Just think, It is like me ordering some foods, & expect deliveries since i am hungy & expecting some good food, But the ones i ordered never take action, & never delivered the items, so i never order again from them even though I am ordering from them from many years

Even if you are a good reliable supplier for the past many years, but then , the client trust you of a big order that you failed to act & never delivered. It is like you ghosted them, They have a valid reason not to trust you again even if you serve them well for the past many years.
Losing your regular clients means losing your main source of income, means you will get broke.. Aray ko

So here i am apologizing & sincerely asking for another chance, & that songs Magbalik by Callalily & Pagbigyan Muli by Erik Santos are like my theme songs as a sales person to motivate me to woo again our valued clients .

Just like a lover & in relationship, you will just realize the value of a regular client when they are gone..

So to our valued lost clients, na need ko ulet ligawan after mafile ang ITR.. This lyrics are for you..

Nakaraa'y kayang limutin
Magtiwalang muli, mahalin mong muli
