red tape in the Philippine goverment

i been working for the past 17 years, & see how industrious & intelligent & good nature our Filipino workers & businessmen..so i keep asking myself for the past 17 years why our country is poor??
To tell you the truth, it is not the high electricity cost, it is not the NPA, it is not our labor laws, definitely it is not because Filipinos are lazy.. it is not China or USA that is the cause of our poverty.. They are just contributory...
truth of the matter is that Philippines is still a poor country mainly because of RED TAPE...Red Tape in the government... Red tape caused deliberately or just pure neglect by corrupt or lazy government people , so there is also Red tape in the private sectors as a consequences of the red tape in the government.
Red tape slows down everything.. with so many permits & so many people to sign before an endeavor can began, imagine the economic losses? any endeavor whatever it is, like business or building a gigantic Economic zones or just small house or whatever it is, will stimulate economic activities & help our country to rich & prosperous.
proof of the matter is the severe red tape in the permits of the cellsite tower that is causing our internet to be one of the slowest in the world, when the president curses, & asked LGU to speed things up, it did! so we really need a strong & decisive president to at least lessen this Red tape in the government
so anyting that will help solve this thing called red tape such as the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) created by the office of the president is a welcome news..

MANILA - Jollibee Foods Corp said Tuesday it posted a consolidated net loss attributable to equity holders of P11.51 billion for 2020, 0.1 percent higher compared to the earlier unaudited tally of P11.49 billion.

"The difference resulted mainly from adjustments during the audit period," JFC told the stock exchange. The net loss is 257.6 percent lower compared to its P7.3 billion profit in 2019, it said.

The consolidated net loss includes expenses related to JFC's business transformation program worth P6.7 billion. "Significant costs" due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic were also factored in, it said.

Store closures and lower sales per store due to the pandemic dampened revenues and system-wide sales, which decreased by 28 percent and 27.8 percent, respectively, it added.

Economic stimulus packages received from the governments of Singapore, China, United States and Europe were partly offset by emergency response fund, and the assistance to front liners, health workers and low-income households, JFC said. The operator has footprint in the said countries.

Operating loss increased by 1.5 percent to P12.8 billion from P12.6 billion disclosed in February, the country's largest restaurant operator said.

Several stores were closed temporarily closed during the first lockdown in mid-March 2020 which dented sales for restaurants especially in Luzon.

Quarantine measures of varying strictness have been in place since March 2020, directly affecting the restaurant business in the country.

Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna and Bulacan were once again placed under modified enhanced community quarantine where only outdoor dine-in, delivery and pickups in restaurants are allowed.

Dec 19, 2020

Due to confidentiality agreement,
hindi ko po maflex yung mga clients namin, but i could say ,they are the giant companies in their field,, mostly global companies or part of conglomerates, though barya barya lang mga purchase orders nila sa aming small shop, sapat lang pambili ng red horse..hahaha, nakakatuwang isipin pag nagrereflect ka, na these giant companies are trusting you to serve them..so parang nakakahiya talaga pumalya sa deliveries.....
unfortunately, in all honesty, talagang sumablay kami sa deliveries sa ilang clients last March-October due to struggles sa main source (principals & raw mat) at sa struggles sa shipping & customs & courier due to pandemic.. We understand their frustrations & anger to us. Still, these clients are coming back now, trusting us again.. maraming maraming salamat po, i can safely say now, we survive 2020! We are trying our very best to speed up our deliveries, While mostly are in holiday mode now, we are working these holiday season to prepare our deliveries this Jan 2021
Maraming salamat po sa aming valued clients, Merry Christmas po & Happy New year! Mabuhay po ang manggagawang Pinoy! #soldering

KABET SALES Strategy as a main policy in our sales works

KABET SALES Strategy as a main policy in our sales works

- in this times of struggle, where most business are struggling amid the pandemic,
.. as a Micro company & a small supplier serving the manufacturing industries, we should accept & embrace the KABET Sales Strategy
Guerrilla Marketing is no longer effective..so we should employ our Kabet Sale Strategy
in this strategy, the main pointers are:
1. we should embrace as being the No. 2 or No.3 options...
2. We should accept na ang mga clients natin ay meron ng Asawa (main supplier) talaga..pero tayo bilang Kabet ay nandito lang lagi na nagiintay na makasama ang ating clients, hindi tayo magrereklamo gaano man kaliit ang time at order na binibigay sa atin ng clients
3. We should be always available pag nangangailangan ang client (read= stock availability) & dapat ay Low maintenance lang tayo pra di tayo pagsawaan at babalik balikan tayo kasi hindi naman magastos (read= lower price), pero dapat quality tayo, At gaya ng mga kabet, dapat mas fresh tayo at mas magaling ang performance natin (read=offer only high quality items) kesa sa Asawa/ main supplier
4. Bilang isang mabuting kabit, hindi tayo dapat magalit or magtampo if delayed ang sustento (collection-payment) sa atin ng jowa natin (client). patuloy natin sila pagsisilbihan at aalagaan, higit pa sa pag-aalaga sa kanilang asawa (main supplier)

How to deal with Business Failure?
