mabait sa aso..pro malupet sa mga human beings na emplyeado.. Ganyan ang mga elitistang netizens..

of course i support these Balay Dako employees.. they are just doing their job..

kaya lang i need to delete this post asap & transfer this post to my secret online diary.. kasi syempre takot din ako sa backlash ng mga naghahari hariang feeling entitled mga Animal rights advocate..

pro tanong ko dyan sa mga Animal rights na yan, how about yung mga namatay sa rabbies at kagat ng cobra? or yung safety & convenience of people?

remember yung nagviral na tao na pinukpok yung 1 aso na nangangat for self defense? test showed that the dog is rabbied but still these animal rights said they will continue to press charges sa kawawang pobre kahit daw na me rabbies yung aso..mahirap ka na nga , kakagatin ka na ng aso at madami na nakagat..ikukulong ka pa .. ang lupet ng mundo..

we are all fond of dogs, they are loyal pets.. but in my opinion, i would like our pets to stay at our homes.. im annoyed & to be honest ,im (secretly) upset everytime i see dogs in the mall or restaurant... gets ko pa yung mga small na chiwawa.. pro yung mga medyo medium or malalaki na.. bat ba pinapapasok to sa SM? gets ko pa sa nuvali outdoor mall siya.. pro sa SM.. i am silently protesting in my mind..

in my mind, kelan mo ba naman masasabi if mangngagat yan or hindi..syempre me mga animal insticts yan..

i am always happy to see cute babies in the mall , mga babies cuddled by daddies or mommies or mga nasa strollers.. Even on a bad day, when you see a Human being baby, they will surely make you smile..

but on the opposite, these days makikita mo hindi na mga babies ang mga nakadiaper at mga nakastoller sa malls, mga aso na ! hahaha

but as i said , im afraid also of the backlash of these entitled people.. so i will just keep my mouth shut..and just support silently these people & businesses currently being bashed by this mga Animal rights na mabait sa aso pero maalupet sa mga empleyado..

my mouth is shut, im afraid to speak up , so i just write this in my journal.. i just really want to say silently that " Your Dog's rights end when the other people's human rights begins..

1. DEFINITELY less prone sa sunog kesa lpg at electric stove

2. walang open flame gaya ng LPG so less prone sa sunog

3. Walang open flame at mas mabilis uminit vs electric stove... so less prone sa sunog at aksidente

 

Disadvantages:

1. medyo mahal ng konti yung mga induction cooker at yung mga induction cooker compatible na cooking wares

2. pang small family lang, if restaurant or big family, mas tipid siguro LPG

3. mas oks LPG is mga matatagal na lutuan.. kasi ang mahal ng kuryente.. hahahaa

if hindi ako nagpabaya... at naagapan ko ang mga bagay bagay... hindi sana ako mabobroke ng husto...lesson learned...

medyo 2 yrs narin akong broke.. pro oks lang, ang importante lang is matapos na to.. makapag fresh start..

kumbaga is hindi ka na sa negative magsisimula... kumbaga is magbaback to zero na...

hi cici,

if maibabalik ko lang ang time...dun ako sa pagiging empleyado..specially if graduate ka naman ng engineering at high paying nman...

safe mode ka.. kumita or malugi ang company, me salary ka na malaki..

napakahirap magbusiness sa pinas.. like now yung money na halos pinaghirapan ko sa small business ng 15 yrs..is mapupunta lang sa penalty penalty ng Bir..me utang ka pa!!!! pwede ka pa makulong if wala ka pambayad sa penalty penalty...maaawa ka talaga sa sarili mo..

then korek, if small business ka..halos lahat ng time talaga ubos sa small business..kaya laging magsasuffer ang lovelife mo at time to spend sa family.. if employee ka, after 8am-5pm wala ka na paki.. kaya nga up to now binata parin ako..huhuhu

also, if employee ka wala ka na problema sa bir or tax tax na yan..kasi matic kakaltasan ka na ng hr nyo at sila n bahala.. di mo na need magbayad ng bookeeper at cpa..makkatulog ka ng mahimbing..

sobrang daming challenges in putting even a micro or small business sa pinas .kaya nga wala masyado nag iinvest sa pinas..daming documents & need to comply..

prone ka pa sa harrassment lagi if microbusiness ka..

at the end of the day..its more happy to be an employee than doing a small business here in the Philippines.. you will have a life..

SO YES, MAS MASAYA MAS MAGING EMPLEYADO..Specially if nasa gobyerno ka..Daming holiday sa pinas eh. pro walang bawas sa monthly sweldo kahit walang pasok kasi holiday.. i can say na kahit small ang sweldo, happy ang mga memories ko nung ako ay just simple production engineer / sales engineer sa mga factory na pinasukan ko dati..

also ang di nabanggit dyan, if negosyante ka at nalugi..napakahirap magstart ulet sa buhay..kasi mahirap iclose ang business..kumbaga is dapang dapa kana, broke na broke ka na..kasi lugi ka nga..ang dami mo pa aasikasuhin at babayaran sa gobyerno! so wala ka na pera pang start ulet ng new business...baon ka pa sa utang! hahaha..

if emplyedo ka , matanggal ka sa work or magsara company nyo..Napakadaling mag apply sa ibang company...

also, pag small business ka..kulong ka sa office at work, wala ka na time maghanap ng lovelife..so better to start a small business, if you already have a wife or partner..me makakatuwang ka pa .

so to conclude, Malungkot at masalimuot ang buhay entrepreneur..Sa spelling palang ng entreprenuuer ang hirap na! hahahha...i will not recommend it to anyone..

kaya matindi ang respeto at paghanga ko sa mga tropa ko na kakilala ko na entreprenuers like sina boss dcd darwin dela cruz, cor jason aristorenas , el pres mike ilagan, architech zano, preng jap, preng allan, boss mico, boss rod, boss jdm , sir paul at many others...mabuhay kayo mga pre!

Secret to ng mga lalake.. na hindi alam ng mga babae..i survey mo mga lalake pag LASING na.. malalaman mo ang malupet na katotohanan..

NA- mas na attrak ang mga lalake sa mga morena or tan kesa sa maputi.. kaya nga sila lagi nananalo morena sa ms universe.. maybe because of human evolution, there is a certain part of men's brain na nagsasabi na pag morena, is masipag yung babae. so unconssicously, mas naattrak ang mga lalake sa morena..

kaya lang, kasi nga dahil attractive sila, usually sa mga morena is manloloko.. kasi madami silang reservba..
