Sobrang badtrip parin! Now lang ako nagalit ng ganito..
Talagang hindi na makatao at kahit saang angle, hindi rin makatarunang...kahit naman siguro sino magagalit if bigla ka nalang puputulan ng tubig if naoverlook mo yung bill..buti pa meralco, bago mamutol, kakatok muna at magsasabi na helo- bayaran nyo nato now, kundi putol.. me tinatawag din kasing corporate sensitivity...
Gaya ng lahat ng tao, madami nag ooccupy ng isip natin. So naooverlook mo minsan water bills
Yes, granted na naoverlook korin yung notice of disconnection..my mistake yes..
ang main point ng kinakagalit ko is yung admin ng tubig dito, yung wala bang compassion? Kasi tubig to! basta nalang paputol ng tubig at weekend pa?.. nasa house lang ako sir..,gasinong sabihan na "sir bayaran nyo nato now na...kundi putol tubig.."
Yun ang main point ko. Homeowner ako..this is not a way to treat a homeowner.. kahit ppano dapat if admin ka, me konti ka respeto sa mga homeowners..hindi yung basta basta nalang putol tubig.. gasinong kumatok at magremind di ba?
Sir ikaw kaya putulan ng tubig ng weekend..ano gagawin mo? Ang lupet nyo!
Gasinong maginform muna.. pro wala, cut agad then reconnection fee agad na php500...daig pa meralco! Langya.. legal ba tong ganito kalaki na reconnection fee?
Moving forward, Need mo siguro ikalma nalang sarili mo? neeed nalang siguro tanggapin na malupet ang mundo at isip nalang ng paraan pano maprevent nato..
Maybe mag advance nalang ng payment sa water bill?..Pede ba yun? Para me prang pondo ka? kasi hindi mo nman mapeprevent minsan maooverlook mo bills or like lagi ka wala sa bahay..Or like magholiday ka..
Sa meralco, nagtry ako mag advance payment kaso hindi pwede online..kasi after mo iclick yung Pay now..direcho siya sa credit card..kusa nakalagay na amount..hindi ka pwede magpasobra..
