i feel dizzy now, nahihilo ako now, maybe because ang taba ko now.

1 week lang na hindi nag-inom ng san mig light, eto resulta.. pag nag iinom ka kasi ng san mig light, 100 cal tong to, maka 6 san mig light ka, solved ka na, so 600 cal lang to, then full of Vitamins , then sleep na at wala ka ng gana kumain kasi puno na tyan mo..

if hindi ka mag iinom, mapapafood trip ka ng husto, drive thru or padeliver ng food panda. or luto ng hakdog /pancit canton dahil depressed ka at brokenhearted, sa foods ka hahanap ng comfort. kain ka tuloy ng kain.. habang nood ng netlix

now gets ko na, 1 quarter pounder meal has 1050 cal, then sasamahan mo pa ng 2pc mushroom pepper steak with rice (about 550 cal).. = 1600 cal agad !!!!!!!!!!!!!! T@#)$$_%a

1 pack of 80g pancit canton has 360cal, so x 2 packs= 720cal agad +80 cal of 1 egg +100 cal of 1 can of tuna= hahaha, then syempre magkakape ka ng 3-in-1 coffee mo, so 100 cal yun.. so 1000 cal agad isang kainan ng pancit canton with 3in1 coffee...

syempre hindi ka satisfied dyan, after mga 1-2 hrs babanat ka naman ng ice cream at chippy. so -

if 3 cups ice cream + chippy= more than 600 cal na yun..

so yung 3 small cups mo ng ice cream= katumbas pala non is 6 na beer ng san mig light.. hahahahaha

now i know bakit ako tumaba ng husto, because i stop drinking..

i hate drugs, i hate yosi & vape, i dont do gambling, hindi rin ako nambababae, hindi rin ako adik sa ML or online games, hindi rin ako adik sa gadgets.. hindi ako adik sa celfon, wala akong bisyo sa buhay, so SMB lang talaga libangan ko sa buhay, now gets ko na bat ako tumaba...

conclusion= go back to the old ways na drink San Mig Light after work before sleeping, pra hindi tumaba.. pra healthy,..

pero siguro ang the best is yung San Mig Zero kasi 60 calories lang to.. pero if walang San Mig Zero, San Mig light at 100cal is perfectly fine..

Dear diary, 10pm

After a hard day's work, i drank so i can sleep so im drunk now while reading the news.. about this sona sona thing..

I might get bashed with this post, but i can't help it...so im sorry in advance.. naisip ko lang ang buhay talaga is parang gulong..umiikot..minsan nasa baba, minsan nasa taas..

While Binan & Santa Rosa are now busy producing Toyotas, Hyundai, Mitsubishis & other high tech industries, The politicians from San Pedro are promoting sampaguita in sona fashion show...so naiisip ko now, parang napag iiwanan na yata ang San pedro???

Becoz its politicians' program is always sampaguita sampaguita..puro sampaguita..Maybe they should like build a BPO zones or more commercial districts because they are almost part of metro manila

Dont judge me, I love sampaguita..i planted it in my own backyard but you cannot fight progress..Maybe before, it suits San Pedro..but now sampaguita maybe is more suitable in more agricultural areas. San pedro isn't an agriculutural area anymore.

also sampaguita & ylang ylang oil commands a high price in the world market. If you will just sell its flowers, the farmer may not earn that much. Its better to distill its flowers & get that essential oil.

I remember back then, San pedro was the most progressive town in Laguna because it is almost part of metro manila.. They are the no.1 in Laguna. But now, yung mayor at si madam congressman puro sampaguita lang pinopromote? I dont know them so i hope im wrong. Im sure they are good people with many good programs, i just didn't read in the news.

Noon kasi, pag sinabing San pedro, like pacita ito yung pinakamaunlad na lugar sa Laguna. Binan, santa rosa is like talahiban, tubuhan at palayan lang.. so bilog talaga ang mundo no? So wag tayo madepress masyado if nasa baba tayo now..naikot ang gulong..

Binan already has this Alonte Stadium, Santa Rosa has its own Sports Complex and have you seen the massive Jose Rizal Coliseum of Calamba? And the newly opened Cabuyao City Hospital?- the largest government hospital in Laguna

Anyway, as per google, San Pedro has this newly built beautiful City Hall and Alaska milk is still made in San pedro & I love its beautiful Robinsons mall where parking is stress-free and still free..

so i think im wrong ng naizip ko na napag iwanan na siya...Nasanay lang siguro ako sa dati na pag sinabing San pedro city, it is the no.1 in Laguna...

to be honest & real talk, this SONA is just aksaya lang ng pera ng bayan.. Dito mo makikita yung lahat ng mga politiko is like pagandahan lang ng mga damit, mga wala naman silbi..

opportunity pa tong SONA nato pra magkamedia milleage tong mga peste ng bayan na mga ayaw maredtag kuno pero obvious na legal front ng mga terroristang NPA.

mangyayari is yung expenses natin dyan sa SONA sona na yan, yung expenses sa mga senator at partylist na yan, ipapasa yan sa burden ng BIR.

so tong BIR, ipapasa sa mga business at sa mga tax, so tong mga negosyante, ipapasa syempre yung expense sa tax etc sa mga product.. in the end- Ang mahal ng bilihin sa Pilipinas! check nyo Grocery at Meralco bill nyo.. In the end taong bayan lang din ang nasalo..

kaya matagal ko na suggest gaya ng sinasabi ni Digong, Iabolish na natin yang Partylist na yan, then pati yung SENATE, iabolish narin, itira nalang natin yung mga Congressman, pra unicameral nalang. malaki matitipid ng mga tax payers..

Dear diary,

 

After manood ng 1 week sa youtube mg cobra prince Cobra Prince at ben cobra ..pinutol ko na yung mga tinanim kong saging sa maliit na bakuran.

Kahanga hanga yung vblog nina cobra prince.. sobrang makamandag tong mga philippone cobra at dami na namamatay dito. Buti me katapat na now. Im just wondering if they have anti venom in hand just in case they got bitten.

Ang bilis pala dumami ng puno ng saging ..i feel bad kasi binili pa namin sa fb yung seedlings nitong lakatan galing pa nueva ecija. Hininge ko pa yung budget pambili sa nanay ko.. huhuhu. Now, malalaki narin yung mga saging.. From 1 seedling, dumami na siya ng dumami..ambilis.. But i noticed sa vblog ni cobra prince, favorite hangouts ng mga ahas at cobra yung mga sagingan at kawayan. Or basta masukal at maduming bahay. Kaya i decided idelete na tong mga puno ng saging..

Now nagiging obsess ako na itapon lahat ng mga bagay na hindi naman ginagamit at baka pamahayan ng mga daga...if me daga.. me ahas ng kasunod yan.. baka cobra na yan.hahaha.

Stupid yung batas na dapat hindi patayin yang mga philippine cobra at dapat pang iturnover sa denr. But pinaliwanag naman ni cobra pince na pwede mo siya patayin if nasa loob ng pamamahay mo..

Need na talaga natin itapon or ipamigay lahat ng mga bagay na wala namang silbi at pampasikip lang sa bahay. Prang japanese style..

prang yung jowa mo, if wala naman silbi at bihira mo makasama..ilet go mo na..kasi malamang inaahas narin yan kaya hindi mo makasama ng madalas...hahaha

Broke na broke parin ako now gawa ng naubos savings nung pandemic at sa nangyaring problema sa BIR na nagpabagsak sa akin financially..pero accepted ko na lahat at sa tulong ni Lord alam ko mkakabawi rin ako sa buhay dahil high quality tong mga brands na dinidistribute namin at lower cost compared sa competition, clients na naghahanap... at ang mga boss ko sa China ay owner mismo ng factory dun.. fully supported parin tayo.. tuloy tuloy parin ang deliveries..Need lang talaga makahanap ng maayos na bookkeeper pra umunlad ang buhay natin..

at pag pala nakaahon ako sa future sa kahirapan at natupad ang dream ko na. yun lang naman ang dream ko sa buhay- makapag asawa at makabili ng small farm mga bandang Nagcarlan or nearby Nagcarlan.. ito palang mga cobra ang isa sa mga dapat kong paghandaan..hahaha. Buti nalang me mahihingian tayo ng tulong si Cobra Prince

ok tulog nako, nalasing ako sa tanduay ice, naginom ako magisa sa bahay pampatulog tutal friday night naman..

COVID-19 PANDEMIC OFFICIALLY OVER in the Philippines on July 21, 2023

PBBM lifts State of Public Health Emergency throughout PH due to COVID-19

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.( BBM) issued Proclamation No. 297 on Friday, July 21, lifting the State of Public Health Emergency throughout the Philippines due to COVID-19.

“All prior orders, memoranda, and issuances that are effective only during the State of Public Health Emergency shall be deemed withdrawn, revoked or canceled and shall no longer be in effect,” the President’s proclamation reads.

“All EUA (emergency use authorization) issued by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) pursuant to Executive Order (EO) No. 121 (s. 2020) shall remain valid for a period of one year from the date of lifting of the State of Public of Public Health Emergency for the sole purposes of exhausting the remaining vaccines.”

The order also enjoined all agencies to ensure that their policies, rules and regulations shall take into consideration the lifting of the State of Public Health Emergency and to amend existing or promulgate new issuances, as may be appropriate.

Former President Rodrigo Duterte issued Proclamation No. 922 in March 2020, declaring a State of Public Health Emergency throughout the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Succeeding EO No. 121 (s. 2020) authorized the FDA to issue EUAs for COVID-19 vaccines, which shall be valid only within the duration of the declared public health emergency.

The proclamation also states that although COVID-19 remains to be a serious concern for certain subpopulation and requires continued public health response, the country has maintained sufficient healthcare system capacity and low hospital bed utilization rates even after the liberalization of COVID-19 health protocols.

Last May, the International Health Regulations (IHR) Emergency Committee of the World Health Organization (WHO) highlighted the decreasing trend in COVID-19 deaths, decline in COVID-19-related hospitalizations and intensive care unit admission, and the high levels of population immunity to SARS-CoV-2.

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus also concurred with the advice offered by the said committee regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and determined that COVID-9 is now an established and ongoing health issue, which no longer constitutes a public health emergency of international concern, and advised the transition to long-term management of the COVID-19 pandemic. *PND*

i realized... napakaswerte ko pala at binata ako... hahahaha. at ang tahimik ng buhay ko now.. no women, no stress..

if i will decide to marry someday... hindi kasexyhan at kagandahan yung ichecheck ko... unang una mo talaga dapat icheck is if yung babae is mabait at hindi warfreak, pasenciosa at higit sa lahat dapat ay loyal..

if sexy at maganda lang pwede naman, pero hanggang jowa jowa lang at hindi mo syempre papakasalan, pra anytime pwede mo ibreak ng walang stress.. pag natest mo na pasenciosa to at loyal, yun pwede mo na siguro pakasalan..

sa batas kasi ng Pinas, laging pabor sa babae... hindi pantay ang batas sa Pinas.. kawawa lagi ang mga lalake sa Pinas, realtalk lang...
