dear diary,

nakakatamad ng mabuhay sa mundo..prang wala ng motivation mabuhay, pero still alam mong madaming umaasa sa yo.. need mo talaga humanap kung saan man ng inspiration or motivation pra mabuhay. hinang hina ako now, maybe dahil sa high blood or dahil sa pressure? pressure sa work, pressure sa personal life.

pero professional tayo, binabayaran tayo ng mga clients pra ideliver ang mga items na need nila at iserve ang mga needs nila. need natin gawin ang work natin. isipin nalang siguro natin na soldering robot tayo pra solder lng ng solder kahit walang motivation.

naapektuhan ako ng husto sa ginawa sa akin ng BIR San Pablo. injustice talaga. nakakawalang gana mabuhay sa mundo pag lahat ng pinaghirapan mo mawawala dahil lang sa mga power trip ng mga nasa power.

Kahit anong check ko sa Monthly VAT, korek talaga sinubmit ng accountant namin na ITR 2019.. talagang pinaginitan lang kasi i did not show up within 30 days.. Tama yung isang mema sa IG, half the battle is won if you will just show up..

main problem ko now is cash flow, daming order ng mga clients ulet, problema wala nako cash in hand, yung inutang ko sa nanay ko, naisend ko na lahat sa mga suppliers.. nafreeze nga ng BIR yung bank account namin last december, kaya me cash flow problem talaga. broke talaga..

yung soldering business kasi is parang cocaine business-gaya nga ng sinabi ni Pacho Herrera ng Cali Cartel- "Cocaine is fast.. Cash is Slow"... hahaha.. so in line of work, Solder is fast.. Cash is slow.. hehehe

Mabilis namin nadedeliver tong mga Low Cost & High Quality Hanstar Soldering tools & Solderindo solder wires at mga ESD items ng Bosch Static Control..

But ang main problem is yung bayad ng clients, usually after 3-5months before magbayad ang mga regular clients. at ang masaklap pa if like hindi ka mabayaran ng clients like AT Global at Solar Philippines ni Vice Gov Leviste ng Batangas at ng iba pang clients na hindi na kami nabayaran. Maliit na amount lang naman, pero still masakit parin at hindi ka nabayaran, kasi pinaghirapan namin yun. Alam kaya ni Vice Gov na hindi nagbabayad ng suppliers yung company nya? vice gov, beke nemen...pambili lang po ng san mig light.. hahaha

Madaming orders, pero wala ng cash on hand, bahala na pano ko gagawan ng paraan to mapaship.. Professional tayo, gawan natin ng paraan madeliver kahit anong mangyari.

Gusto ko man ibenta yung katawan ko, wala naman bibili.. at now is 200 lb obese ako..

Need ko lang siguro talaga ng 1 sexy babae with ovary, para bigyang kulay ulet ang mundo ko.. pang inspiration lang pra magsolder..

BUT If you think you have so many clients and thus taking your clients for granted.. sooner or later, one by one, they will go to your nearest competition & you will bleed dry.. 2. There are 3 things in life you cannot avoid: Death, Taxes & mga Manlolokong Babae.. hahaha 3. You can ignore many things, but never ignore BIR.. hahaha #BIR

dear diary,

still feeling down and still broke because of that BIR problem, but feeling happy today, as we are still surviving.. im grateful we still have loyal clients of soldering tools to serve & supportive principals & dependable partners/ coworkers.. we are still alive.. hahaha

As you grow older thru the years, i learned these hard lessons.

I take all responsibilities for all past failures and mistakes. I need to stop this self-pity and forgive myself.. the beauty about monday mornings is it gives you hope to start again..move forward again..

Time is a limited resource so let us make it fast this time...fast but quality soldering.. just like Hanstar 942-90W soldering..very fast heating, high performance soldering station..no more cold soldering..

Dear diary,

Heath is wealth.. wala ka man pera ang impt dapat healthy ka...hindi lang physical health, equally impt ang mental health.. need na natin tapusin tong depress depress nato..tama si chinkee tan, Chinkee Tan mawala na lahat wag lang ang pagasa sa buhay.. yun naging problema ko dati.. naggive up nalang ako at nawalan ng pagasa..natalo ako ng depression..

Mahirap pag ang kalaban mo depression..real talk lang..pero dapat talaga labanan.. kasi madaming tao na umaasa sa yo. Nakamamatay ang pagiging brokenhearted at depression.. malaking bagay if makakita ka ng babaeng magpapaligaya sayo at magbibigay kulay sa mundo mong winasak ng BIR..hahaha

Ang next step is makahanap ng magaling na bookkeeper/ adviser.. pra hindi na maulet tong disaster nato.. malaking help din yung youtube..

Malaking bagay din na itong produktong minamarket mo now is sure na high quality, at ang supply ay stable dahil me sariling factory ng solder wires at solder bars ang solderindo..Me sariling minahan ng Tin, Copper, at Lead ang Indonesia. at mababait ang mga boss ko sa Indonesia.

Yung mental health mo is assured na pag binenta mo sa mga clients mong mga electronics factories ay sure ka sa quality..hahaha.. makakatulog ka ng mahimbing sa gabi.

At this time, we make sure yung stocks namin ay more than enough pra imeet yung biglang malaking demand.. ma pa lead-free RoHs 99.7% Tin /0.3% Cu solder wires or 63/37 or 60/40 solder lead..madami tayo stock lagi.. kasi napakahirap yung me galit kang clients kasi delayed delivery mo ng solder, wala silang magamit sa productiom..yung mental health mo affected...hahaha

Hopefully this year makakuha na ulet ng mga clients, pra makapasyal sa jakarta at pag me extra, makapagbeach man lang sa Bali..hahaha

Saturday night now mga kasolder! Kalimutan muna ang stress at pressures in life, maginom po tayo sa mga favorite restobar kasama ng mga friends natin, pra po yan sa mental health! Pra po bukas sunday pahinga na..kasi monday back to soldering tayo..
