then ako, pagkahire as sales engineer, 1 day palang nabigyan ko na ng order yung boss ko na owner ng company, so tuwang tuwa sa akin, from 8K na agreed upon salary, on the 1st day, tinaas bigla sa 9K ang salary ko. hehehe
also , during that time, that electro polishing is not yet popular.. so nakita ko sa production dun na after the stainless welding, madumi yung pagkawelding.. So inintroduced ko dun yung natutunan ko dun sa machines shop sa lisp1 na pinagwoworkan ko na tinatawag na Aswang or electropolising ng stainless pra mawala yung dumi ng stainless welding..
yung Electropolishing, nakaka amaze sa totoo lang, kahit chemical engineering ang background ko, naisip ko bat hindi yan naturo sa UP? hahaha. so iba rin talaga experience..
So mas lalo natuwa yung boss ko, hehehe, medyo naging favorite ako.. so pag ganon pala na bago ka ,then medyo favorite ka, then friendly lang ako, pro at my back pala, madami naiingit na mga medyo matatagal na sa company.. me tinatawag din palang company politics.. hindi ko yun alam. hahaha
