as a single father, and a small time business owner, it is really a struggle to find employees for your shop and also for household chores..
even the strategy of giving high salaries is not enough to find employees,
now, sobrang hirap humanap ng stayin na yaya. then very hard kasi naspoiled maigi tong mga anak ko, nasanay na me nauutusan lagi. hindi ka naman pwede basta kumuha lang sa agency, as i find it dangerous.
my children are the most precious and most important to me in this world so i can only have peace of mind if i know they are in safe hands even if im working outside
