Sablay ang pucha.. change strategy pra pumayat! hahaha
tingin ko mas ok yun inom nalang ng san mig light (100cal) or san mig zero (60cal). let us say 3 bottles ka ng san mig light, 100cal x3 =300 calories lang! then tulog ka na non! hahaha
eh yung 1 pancit canton:

eh usually pag nood ka netflix, is 2 pancit canton yun plus itlog pa ( 1egg= 70cal) then Milo (94 cal) kasi nga iwas alak ka na. . to the uninitiated, yung cal at kcal sa nutrition information is same lang, medyo mahabang discussion yan bakit cal=kcal.. hahaha
so (361 cal x 2) +70+94 = 886calorie na agad yung simpleng midnite snaks! hahaha
conclusion= kaya siguro ako lumobo ng husto kasi nga tinigil ko na pag inom! hahaha. so Balik na tayo sa san mig light! di hamak na mas healthy to at di gaanong nakakataba..
