GCashHi, Recto! Don’t worry dahil in case na mawala o masira ang registered phone mo, makaka-log in ka pa rin using other phone. Kung hindi mo na-unregister sa old phone ang account mo and you tried to log in sa bagong phone, makikita mo ang message na
“Your account is already registered to another phone.” To quickly fix this, sundan mo lang ang instructions sa screen and you can tap “Help me register this phone” para ma-assist ka ng aming team.
However, kung nawala na ang iyong lumang phone, we advise na mai-report mo ito para temporarily naming ma-suspend ang GCash account mo, at maiwasan ang unauthorized access. For more details about Account Secure, pwede mong i-visit ang link na ito:
