hi cici, good morning!

the present situation is really struggle, challenging, im really broke now due to some bad business decisions & ignorance in how government compliance works (aka Red Tape) ..

but as struggle as is, as challenging as is, I woke up this morning very very optismic.. i woke up very very fresh.. sarap ng tulog, so sarap din ng gising now.. hehehe..

I know my direction now.. since most of my problem and the reason of my poverty now comes from my ignorance or non-knowledge of government compliance documents.. The only way to overcome this poverty is to accept the situation, study & comply with these government authorities so our small business will be smooth sailing..

our high quality Hanstar soldering products are low cost only, but industrial quality, are still sought after by our valued regular clients. So i woke up this morning very very fresh.. very very optismistic.

Yung struggle ko now kumbaga is just another " Learning Experience" by kots chot reyes.

So now while starting to gather all the documents i needed, i am also motivating myself, by watching the youtube of Ms. Karen Davila of the farm houses of some celebrities. I want to have some small farmland too in the highlands of paete or in nagcarlan or liliw...also maybe Luisiana dahil 400msl siya..

Hopefully, in 2-3 years , i will graduate from another "Learning experience" to "Growth Experience" by Coach Tim Cone..

so as poor as i am now, as broke as i am now.. still i can't deny to myself, i cannot lie to myself, that the truth is - our economy now is stable ( thank you BBM), companies are investing, our soldering clients are expanding, so the future looks very very very good, we just need to act on it..
