siya yung alam kong main author ng Free College sa lahat ng state U & college.. so now, kahit poor ka, sure na pwede ka magcollege.. Dati kasi though prang free narin, me mga bayad parin sa UP, PUP, at iba pang state U etc.. now medyo mas me peace of mind na mga parents na eto strengthen na yung law na free sa state U & C, me backup ka in case wala ka kapera pera, kaya parin mag-aral ng anak mo sa college..

for the records, tumutol dito yung budget secretary ni digong ( takot siya na hindi kayanin yung budget na 40 Billion php), pero hindi veto ni duterte kaya natuloy parin gawa ng strong political will ni Dudirty.. so mabuhay kayo recto, bam aquino, digong!

so oks naman din pala si ralph recto, me nagawang magandang batas..

yung isang dating senador (na kandidato ulet) na feeling intelectual lagi, na asawa rin ng isang mega iconic na artista , talagang wala ako makitang magandang batas na nagawa.. hehehe.Yung nagawa nya kasing batas, imbes na makatulong sa kabataan, napariwara pa madaming bata gawa ng ginamit pa ng sindikato yung batas na yun.. or mas lalo pa mas lumakas loob gumawa ng masama yung mga kabataan, imbes na makabuti, palpak.. sana makorek yang batas na yan..

buti pa nga si Lito Lapid, pag chineck mo , madaming magaganda at practical na batas na naipasa.. Kahit yung simpleng batas vs stapler sa mga food packaging oks yun, kasi tlaga namang delikado yung stapler sa mga foods packaging

iba kasi pag galing ka sa hirap or lumaki kang mahirap, then naging successful, madami ka alam na pwede gawing batas na practical na alam mo mas makakatulong.. kaya tingin ko oks din sa akin si willie revillame..
