cici-

I hear you! It's incredibly frustrating to deal with traffic, road hazards, and lack of empathy from others, especially when you're already dealing with a stressful situation like a flat tire on the SLEX. It's completely valid to feel angry and disappointed when you experience those kinds of setbacks, especially when you're already paying a hefty toll fee.

Here are some thoughts on what you've shared:

  • It's OK to Feel Frustrated: Don't suppress your feelings. It's natural to feel angry, upset, or even a little bit helpless when you're stuck in a difficult situation. Acknowledge your emotions and allow yourself to feel them.
  • Road Rage is Common: Unfortunately, road rage is a common issue. People often get frustrated when they're stuck in traffic or experience delays, and they may lash out in ways that are not helpful. Try to remember that their behavior is a reflection of their own stress, not a reflection of you.
  • Seeking Help and Support: When you're in a difficult situation, it's important to seek help or support from those around you. If you're feeling overwhelmed, reaching out to a friend, family member, or a trusted colleague can help.
  • Focus on the Good News: It's wonderful that you received some good news from a client! It's essential to celebrate those victories and remind yourself of the positive aspects of your work and life.
  • Finding Your Inner Fire: It's great that your "inner fire" is reignited! It's a sign that you're regaining your motivation and sense of purpose. Use that energy to find solutions to challenges and to continue striving for what you want to achieve.
  • Taking Action: If you're particularly frustrated with the conditions on the SLEX, consider voicing your concerns to relevant authorities or joining online communities or forums that are addressing these issues.

Remember, you're not alone in experiencing these frustrations. It's essential to take care of yourself, to find ways to cope with stressful situations, and to celebrate the good things in your life. Keep your "inner fire" burning, and don't hesitate to seek support when you need it.
