so it is about weighing which is more important that time, buy immediately to the supplier that have stocks of facemask that time & protecting the health of our health workers??? or just wait & wait for other suppliers to supply at lower cost just to comply with your critics? sometimes you have to pick your poison..

so (361 cal x 2) +70+94 = 886calorie na agad yung simpleng midnite snaks! hahaha

conclusion= kaya siguro ako lumobo ng husto kasi nga tinigil ko na pag inom! hahaha. so Balik na tayo sa san mig light! di hamak na mas healthy to at di gaanong nakakataba..

sa kagustuhan pumayat, nagbuhat ako lagi ng mabigat na dumbbell..at dinamihan ko ng husto ang repetition.. ang nangyari, nagsilakihan nga ang bicep at shoulder muscles ko.. kaso sumakit ang katawan ko ng husto..di nako makabuhat lalo, gawa nga ng sumakit ang katawan,, so di masyado makabangon, so mas napasarap ang tulog..at mas napakalakas ang kain... nangyari, lalo ako lumobo.. nagbackfired.. lalo ako tumaba, kakabuhat.. hahaha

palit na ng strategy... di siguro ubra yung mabibigat na dumbbell pag you want to lose weight.

napakahirap talagang magbawas ng timbang, hahaha, pinakamahirap is yung magka abs.. madali yung tricep at bicep.. abs ang mahirap..

nakakapanghina talaga at bumabagsak ang immune system pag walang beer sa katawan.. pansin ko lagi to pag di ako nakakainom kahit 1-2 beer man lang per nite pampatulog..

1 week nako di nakakainom ng beer man lang.. kasi nga tinatry ko lang mag "for a change" at magtipid tipid narin kasi ang mahal na nga ng san mig light Php45.0 each na plus 12% Bat... kaso sobrang nakakapanghina.. yung quality ng sleep mo poor, yumg focus at power mo prang kulang pag gising mo. then depressed ka. madali ka mapagod sa work eh sa

computer ka lang naman work.. prang nanghihina ka talaga. ano ba misteryo meron dyan sa beer? pramg wala karin gana magworkout kasi beer nga reward mo after magworkout, eh kaso di k nga nainom so prang wala ka motivation.. nataba ka tuloy lalo.. i know very nutritious ang beer.. pro lahat na ng vitamins iniinom ko daily, pro pag wala talaga beer sa katawan. nakakapanghina talaga. realtalk lang.. #SanMigZero #memalang #depressed #sanmiglight
