I only have one thing that struck to my mind in this pandemic.. It is - you should be ESSENTIAL to survive at all times.. spell essential = E S S E N T I A L..

absolutely necessary; extremely important.

In business, in love life.. in things that you buy, even in foods.. it should be essential.. even the humble lugaw is considered essential. but that BMW M3 coupe is not..

so if you will start a business, you will first ask yourself, is this going to be essential in the lives & works of our clients & customers?

things are all hard these days, so if you are tempted to buy things online, you should ask yourself first, is this essential or not? when i see a nice flashlights i am always tempted to buy it.. hahaha

more importantly in the girls you will date.. you shall ask yourself first.. can i be essential to her life? can i help her in her needs? or can i make her happy? you need to be essential to her so she will not dump you & choose that boy next to her door over you ( ipagpalit sa malapit).. hahaha

then to be fair, you should also choose a woman who you think will be essential to your life also, like can she fulfills my needs as a man? hahaha..

As a man matures, at any given time, will choose a loving and caring woman over a sexy pretty girl whose only know in life is to touch her celfon.. hehehe

but being essential, is not only in the physical aspect of life or physical health.. you also need to consider the other important aspects of life such as the mental & spiritual health..

now, i am going to ask myself... Am I essential?
